How long does it take to process and ship the products?

Processing time is 3-5 business days after receiving your payment. As soon as the package is ready and delivered to the post office, the delivery time may fluctuate between 5 and 30 business days after processing. Remember during the Christmas season, postal mail may experience delays.

How long do I have to return a product?

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What happens if I enter the address wrong?

Adelise Store is not responsible for orders due to incorrect or erroneous addresses provided by customers, insufficient information as entered by the customer.
